Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of QR Hound, a service provided by Outfront Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using QR Hound you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The Service

QR Hound allows you to create, manage, and track dynamic QR codes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You must be at least 18 years old to use QR Hound.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use QR Hound to:

  • Distribute malware, spam, or any malicious content via QR codes.
  • Link to content that is illegal, abusive, deceptive, or harmful.
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account.
  • Circumvent any technical measures we use to enforce these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate any account that we believe is in violation of these Terms without prior notice.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features of QR Hound require a paid subscription. Billing is handled by Stripe, Inc. on our behalf. By subscribing you authorise us to charge the payment method on file on a recurring basis. All fees are stated in GBP and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology within QR Hound are owned by or licensed to Outfront Solutions Ltd. You retain ownership of any content you create using the service. By using QR Hound you grant us a limited licence to store and serve that content solely to provide the service to you.

6. Disclaimers

QR Hound is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outfront Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of QR Hound.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice within the service. Continued use of QR Hound after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
